- Run experiments with a marketing team of 2 (3 with you!) who love creating on the internet.
- Live for optimization. Test, refine, and obsess over the details to create show-stopping campaigns that resonate with technical audiences.
- Go beyond acquisition. Become part of a tight-knit community of builders, their insights and feedback will guide how you execute on retention and expansion.
- Become a product expert. Your dogfooding of the product will directly inform the direction of Jam’s future.
You’re good at…
- Managing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms like Twitter, Reddit, Meta Business Suite, SEM/SEO, and LinkedIn.
- Driving process and keeping it simple. You know how to stay organized, act independently, and work efficiently while having your hands in multiple projects.
- Data. You know your way around a spreadsheet, and can clearly communicate performance cross-functionally with engineering, product, and customer team.
- Prioritizing the user experience. You believe in the power of word of mouth and a brand people love. And, you know how to give organic growth a little push.
- Bonus: you’ve worked in small teams before!
