You will…
- Drive revenue growth by leading the product-led sales process at Jam.
- Get engineering leaders excited about talking to sales with thoughtful and timely outreach. You’ll lead the way in discovering the ideal approach for Jam.
- Work closely with marketing and success to craft a delightful business experience across every interaction with Jam customers.
- Lead with value. Get to know Jam champions and become part of a tight-knit community of builders.
- Become a product expert. Your dogfooding of the product will equip you to guide users on how to get the most out of Jam. And it will directly inform the direction of Jam’s future.
- Live on usage data and creative experimentation. Test different signals, identify ideal opportunities from a pool of 85k+ users, and go after them!
You’re good at…
- Analyzing usage data and tying it to business outcomes for sales outreach.
- Managing cross-functional stakeholders and deployment during enterprise sales cycles.
- Talking about technical products and communicating complex topics in simple terms.
- Working cross-functionally across product and go-to-market to ensure alignment on business goals, brand, and the overall user experience.
+5 years of experience in enterprise software sales - bonus if you’ve worked in small teams before!
