About the Role:
We’re looking for a founding Account Executive that thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in B2B sales and has experience working as the first sales hire at a startup. You have experience owning the entire cycle-including prospecting, outreach, booking meetings and closing deals.
You will…
- Build a strong sales pipeline while exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
- Work closely with the co-founders and cross-functional teams to adapt and build a unified sales motion
- Become a product expert. Your dogfooding of the product will equip you to guide users on how to get the most out of Jam. And it will directly inform the direction of Jam’s future.
- Live on usage data and creative experimentation. Test different signals, identify ideal opportunities from a pool of 175k+ users, and go after them!

- Prospecting and building your own pipeline
- Analyzing usage data and tying it to business outcomes for sales outreach.
- Managing cross-functional stakeholders and deployment during enterprise sales cycles.
- Talking about technical products and communicating complex topics in simple terms.
- Working cross-functionally across product and go-to-market to ensure alignment on business goals, brand, and the overall user experience.
