- Remote, operating on US / EU time zones.
- Opportunity to work in person in NYC and Austin.
What you’ll do
- Tap into a pool of warm leads (50k+ users!) and work closely with customer success to do sales, the PLG way.
- As we get ready to monetize, you’ll drive the first sales process at Jam and have a direct impact on ARR.
- Helping, before selling - become a product expert to guide users on how to get the most out of Jam.
- Analyze customer usage data to identify ideal opportunities for expansion or warm outbound, and go after them!
- Manage stakeholders from multiple departments during sales cycle and deployment.
- Become a product expert. Your dogfooding of the product will directly inform the direction of Jam’s future.
